Alpha version of RGB value extraction algorithm. This version can only retrieve the mean RGB value of the whole video frame.

This version of the algorithm allow interactive selection of ROI. After capturing an initial picture, the ROI can be selected using a polygone outline. Then the value for the three RGB channels are outputed for the average over the ROI.
